Travelogion is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission statement is to provide assisted overseas travel adventures to brain tumors and cancer patients after treatment. Project Travelogion
Our Name
Travelogion is a non-profit organization that started as a personal journey of self-discovery. The name consists of two words Travel and Logion. Metaphorically life is a journey through time, space and experiences. So, human life in a way is a process of traveling, we are constantly moving.
Logion: Because it means “word” or “Oracle”. It also appears in ancient writings and refers to communications of divine origin. In the Judeo-Christian tradition, logia meant scripture that was inspired by the divine and logion is a saying attributed to Jesus Christ, especially one not recorded in the canonical gospel. So, Logion could be translated as the “Word of God”. Put together, we get a Life Journey With God.

There are currently 15.5 million who have survived some form of cancer and or brain tumor. The numbers are growing every year.

We will have more than 23,6 million people directly affected with cancer by the year of 2026.

There is a lack of post treatment programs and patients suffer from anxiety, body insecurities, fear of re-occurrence, lost sense of purpose, poor mental health, and depression!

JACO, COSTA RICA
We just completed a trip to Costa Rica, which took place at the beginning of December. We loved every second of it. We visited Jaco, Monteverde, Arenal, and Manuel Antonio. From ziplining to deep-sea fishing, Costa Rica has so much to offer, making it a unique destination for our post-treatment travel programs.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
We will go to Jaco and charter a boat and go fishing. Then we will visit the Cloud Forest in Monteverde, where we will go ziplining. The last part of our trip will take us to Arenal, where we will enjoy the HotSprings at Tabacon.
JAPAN, MT FUJI
Japan is one of the most popular destinations on our list of post-treatment travel programs. This journey will take you on a real adventure. Discover Mt. Fuji, the soul, and the symbol of Japan. We will visit Hakone, famous for its awe-inspiring natural landscapes
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Spend 10 days in Japan; a trip packed with outdoor activities! We will climb Mt Fuji and attempt to summit in one day. Our travel program will take us on a hike to Lake Kawaguchi while enjoying the amazing landscapes of this area.
PERU, CUSCO
Travel with us and visit the land of magic and wonders. We will take care of it from door to door! Visit Peru and trek the Inca trail to Machu Picchu. There are places around the world where one can experience the divine connection much stronger; this is one of them.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Spent 7 days 6 nights in Peru and visit some of the most beautiful areas of the Cusco, enjoy outdoor activities, hike the Inca trail to Machu Picchu and climb to the summit of Rainbow Mountain. Our moderately challenging travel program is packed with Adventures.
BULGARIA, RILLA MOUNTAIN CAMP
Bulgaria is a country located in Eastern Europe. The geographic position of the country makes Bulgaria one of the most biologically diverse countries in Europe. Travel with us to the Rila Mountains, 70km south of the capital. Those mountains will inspire you. Learn the Spiritual History of this magical place!
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Spent 10 unforgettable days in Bulgaria and visit the glowing 7 Rila Lakes & the Rila monastery. Come to hike Mt Musala Enjoy the geothermal pools at Separeva Banya. Our trip will take us on a magical journey with outdoor activities and culinary delights.
